- The plumbing service provided by HVS Plumbing Service did not meet the agreed-upon standards or specifications.
- The customer contacts us within 5 days of the service completion date to request a refund.
- The request for a refund is made in writing via email or through our designated customer service channels.

Refund Amount

- A full-service fee refund if the service did not meet the agreed-upon standards.

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks from the approval date. However, the actual timing of the reimbursement may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Exclusions
This refund policy does not cover the following situations:
- Cancellation of service by the customer after work has already commenced. A separate cancellation policy will apply in such cases.
- Damage or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, unforeseen events, or third-party interference. We will, however, work with you to find a suitable solution to such issues.
